CT Health & Safety is part of Thorp & Co Ltd that provides audit, reviews, advice, recommendations, implementation and monitoring services. We were formed in 2013 following extensive senior operational management within the NHS.Since our inception we have developed health and safety frameworks for clients based on the Plan Do Check Act Cycle that include the research, development and introduction of policies and procedures, risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments, accident investigations, accreditations (ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, BAFE (British Approvals for Fire Equipment), Safe Contractor at Work, Investors in People), introduction of health and safety meetings (including preparation of agenda, reports, action notes), tool box talk preparation and delivery, training matrix procedure and maintenance, manual handling training, safety sampling audits, production of briefing newsletters, introduction of employee recognition process and management of health and safety document manuals.CT Health and Safety has a network of colleagues who can provide additional specialist support in key areas so that a professional level of service is provided at all times.
