On top of that, I manage and design, the staging and interior styling of our newly refurbished Grade A office assets; everything from artwork, music, decor, FF&E, biophyllia and front of house service guides.

As consultant, I coordinated the full rebrand of Oval.Concurrently focused on their largest asset, a 17 acre estate in Digbeth, Birmingham’s existing creative quarter - home to over 500 existing and very diverse businesses.I managed the repositioning, place-branding and relaunching of the estate, working with & briefing design, marketing, digital & PR agencies to deliver success and a vision for the ongoing evolution of the estate. https://digbeth.com/In addition, I worked directly with the on-site senior estate management team, aiding recruitment of seniors, instigating brand partnerships and subsequent activations, as well as courting & vetting prospective tenants.I also advised the in-house events team on refining and remodelling their existing product offering & systems for their extensive array of event spaces.

Our/London: Hackney micro-distillery producing incredibly smooth, wheat-based vodka. Oversaw the launch of the brand in London, the UK and globally as partner. Sales, distribution, marketing, collaborations; a small team delivering a global challenger brand with local roots.

We opened The Garrison in Bermondsey Street in 2003, Village East in 2006, then The Riding House Cafe, Fitzrovia in 2011. All 3 were created with a healthy balance of hospitality excellence and business efficiency in mind - often emulated by industry peers, we operated profitably in pioneering locations with a strong focus on giving guests (& staff) a great all round experience; we repeatedly scrutinised each element of our offering and continually improved our own standards. Ultimately, doing everything possible to make the hospitality journey enjoyable & successful for all involved.
