I am a Chief Executive Officer and General Manager with over twenty years of executive and board level experience across the commercial & not for profit sectors with particular experience in the health and pharmaceuticals industries. At board level highlights include: Chair and Board Director, Key Pharmaceuticals Pty Ltd, Board Director: Australasian College of Paramedicine, Board Member NZ Dental Health Foundation, Committee Member with the Australian Association of National Advertisers and the Australian Self Medication Industry. In an executive capacity I was most recently the Chief Executive Officer of Key Pharmaceuticals, one of the top five Australian owned businesses within the OTC sector, with a turnover of nearly A$70 million. In this role I have led strong year on year sales growth including leading the acquisition of Hamilton Sun and Skincare from iNova. Prior to this I was the VP of Global Marketing, Smoking Control with GlaxoSmithKline - I led the growth of the £200 million GSK Smoking Control Franchise, including launching in Colombia, Taiwan, Japan, Argentina and Brazil. Previously as the GlaxoSmithKline Vice President and General Manager in the Mexico, Central America and Caribbean regions I led operations across 10+ countries, with a turnover of £90+ million. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Commerce and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a past member of the CEO Institute.
