Breakthrough Mentor
Current- Empower individuals to identify their assets and ambitions, imrpove wellbeing, enhance independence and reach their personal potential through one-to-one mentoring
- Provide practical and emotional support and guidance to marginalised people experiencing challenges such as isolation, unemployment, disability, addiction and mental ill health
- Enable Mentees to engage with and contribute to their local community through various activities including participation in social activities, learning sessions and volunteering
- Develop relationships and partnerships with local organisations, helping to increase equality of opportunity, identify gaps in services and increase the capacity of local provision
