2013 Saw another New Era in the development of Econosto UK and my own role. From January the business became a Division of ERIKS Industrial Services which sees the business form part of the New "Flow Technology Division".Main objectives are to continue developing sustainable organic sales growth within the business, developing additional product capability and expanding into new market segments.

In 2008 the Econosto Group was taken over by the ERIKS Group (www.eriks.com), this has seen the company gain a whole new market within the UK which is again assisting in moving us ever closer to £20M.Whilst maintaining a focus on growing our core activities and developing the business my role is also focused toward integrating our products and services into the ERIKS UK organisation and assisting them to develop strong Valve sales within their MRO contracts and customers. The period from 1999 to 2003 was particularly tough as increasing competition and low oil prices meant that everyone was fighting for a piece of an ever smaller cake.Despite the prevailing market conditions we managed to gain a strong foothold in new markets and maintain our position in our core Oil, Gas and Petrochemical markets
Contracts Manager
Joined the company the Spring of 1990 responsible for building a contract Sales and Management division in what was mainly an MRO supplier to the trade.
