I have been active in investment management since 2000, beginning with investment in Guggenheim, a company now having $220bn assets under management. I followed this with investment in InTrade, a startup which was then the world's premier online prediction market. I have managed a EUR 1bn revenue division and built three companies from scratch, Bricks, Xylobands and We Connect Students, so know both the large company environment and the small start-up world. I support early stage businesses as investor and non-executive director. I have experience in all asset classes including FX, interest rates, emerging markets, asset backed lending, alternative energy, and small businesses. Investments structured as senior or unsecured loans, mezz finance or equity. My main activity today is secured lending for development and bridge finance through Bricks Finance
