JMA NETWORK GROUP comprised of:JMA COMMUNICATION, JMA NETWORK and JMA NETWORK ESPAÑA SL, developing preferred supply relationships with large and small telecoms organisations across the UK, France, Netherlands, Germany and Spain, utilising advertising and referral techniques developed within its TSystem resource methodology. JMA placed over 2,000 consultants within sales, customer service, administration, billings, back-office and technical roles in Traditional and Hosted Telephony, Cloud Services across Networks, SP's, Resellers and Dealers.

I joined the Buzz to open a new corporate recruitment channel, building a team of consultants that placed over 300 professionals with clients as diverse as Telecommunications, FMCG, IT and Commercial environments

Originally joining The Span Consultancy in 1991 as a resourcer, I progressed up the business, its acquisition by Computer People in 1995, and by 1999, I ran multiple sales teams in Contract and Permanent IT Recruitment with a combined turnover of £28m pa in the Greater London region

Joining as a Resourcer in 1991, I progressed quickly to full sales within the rapidly growing Contractor Sales Channel. Focussing on the Oracle marketplace, I became one of the best known agents for Oracle people during the 1990's. My management career started in 1995, forming my first team of consultants within the Oracle world, and then branching out to all up and coming corporate solutions such as Peoplesoft, Sybase, JDE and Siebel. In 1999, I was appointed London Manager responsible for consultants across Contract and Permanent.
