He works with leaders who want to expand their personal and organizational impact and influence, and who are committed to growing their effectiveness as leaders and contributors.In addition to his practice as an executive coach, Clive is co-founder (with Michael Hamman) of the Agile Leadership Institute, committed to catalyzing Teal leadership within the agile world.His experience includes serving as a faculty member for CTI, teaching the Co-Active Coaching curriculum, and ACI (Agile Coaching Institute) training Agile Coaches. His interest in developing human consciousness spans twenty years and includes a five-year period of immersive study of work as a spiritual practice while serving as a full-time staff member in a yoga meditation ashram.As a former executive within the software engineering industry, Clive has experienced leadership roles in engineering, sales, marketing, and human resources. He is particularly drawn to the challenges of cross-functional teams, where the sphere of creative collaboration spans organizational boundaries, different cultures and technical languages. Clive helps people see new possibilities, bridge gaps in understanding and create shared vision so that they can move forward together towards a preferred future.Clive holds a Bachelors degree in Engineering and a Masters in Manufacturing Methods and Management from Cambridge University in the UK. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and trained in the use of assessment tools such as Team Diagnostic and Leadership Development Profile.
