A delivery focused Programme Manager with a background in large-scale transformation and change programme management gained whilst working with a wide range of public and private sector organisations. Clive has successfully delivered both technology and business change projects and he has an extensive knowledge of technology services and solutions. Clive has developed project delivery methodologies, governance, control and QA frameworks, and set up and run Project Offices. His earlier career included IT development, business analysis, senior IT management and ‘big 4’ consultancy roles.He has more recently taken a number of interim roles as programme director, quality and performance lead and PMO manager. He has advised on IT team organisation, developed IT strategies and built IT support and operations models.Since joining Metataxis, Clive has focused on information management projects, acting both as programme manager and SME/Consultant. Recent experience includes the development of an information architecture for the UKAEA, advising on Office 365 (SharePoint and Teams) deployment for a UK local authority, and building an information security governance framework for a global logistics enterprise, based around ISO 27000 standards. Clive supported a number of clients through the introduction of GDPR, developing information governance standards and policies as well as advising on the selection or technology tools.The growth in remote and home working has led to an increased take up of collaboration and conferencing tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Dropbox and Zoom. Clive has supported a number of clients through their effective use, including the management of confidential information and the challenges sharing it internally across complex organisations and externally with the public.
