Further development of the product group strategy and sourcing of new partners.• Preparation and monitoring of the budget, taking into account all relevant KPIs.• Conducting negotiations with partners and suppliers worldwide. Achieving positive outcomes in areas such as returns, marketing contributions, payment, and delivery conditions.• Maintaining master data for all items of the department and introducing its automation.• Direction and co-design of collaborations with Collectif mon Amour, Jungle Folk, and Yoshiki.• Organising and executing fashion and campaign photoshoots.• Planning seasonal marketing concepts and campaigns and participating in the planning and organisation of corresponding measures.

• Reorganisation and restructuring of the purchasing department.• Responsibility for calculating yarn requirements for eight annual collections.• Leading price negotiations with merchandisers globally and creating and monitoring the pricing strategy for both brands.• Management of all remaining yarns and materials, reducing storage and sampling costs.• Assistance with optimising delivery routes, such as rail transportation from Asia to Europe.• Introduction and design of new hangtags and labels for the brand Frogbox.• Development, coordination, and co-design of the sustainable label ‚Under the Rainbow‘.
