For my master thesis I investigated the possibility of integrating bulk electricity storage in the existing Ecovat system. The focus of the project was on integrating high temperature heat storage inside the Ecovat tank due to inherent synergy with the existing system. As a result of this project I put forward a possible storage and conversion module.

As part of a larger research project I studied the energy losses in a scale model of a seasonal heat storage system. The aim of the project, was to develop a system which not only can be used to supply central heating but can also supply hot tap water from the storage tank. To achieve this my task was to reduce energy losses and increase the output.
