In this company I developed the following activities:- Scheduled delivery of water bills.- Controlled accounts that were not delivered, investigating the causes and rescheduling their delivery.- Controlled, analyzed and corrected errors in water readings and high bills (through critical readings), in Sabesp's own system, before delivering the bills.- Service to customers, related to problems with water bills.- Controlled documents necessary for the contract, related to services to be performed, those already performed and those that, for some reason, could not be performed, pointing out the causes of non-performance and proposing solutions.- Control of employees who performed bill delivery, cutting and water suppression services. - Closing and updating of services in Sabesp's system.- Issuance of cutting and water suppression work orders.- Closing of the measurement of the company's services, with Sabesp.- Active participation in the Rotaquadra project. This project aimed to carry out the remapping of properties in the municipality of Caraguatatuba, in order to minimize problems with the location of addresses. Within this project, I planned each stage and the order in which the regions would be inspected, scheduled employees and carried out the inspections launched in the project's own system and also in Sabesp's system.
