Work with the Field Operations - Enterprise West Team, while also having the opportunity to work as a Campus Advocate within the Anthology organization. This has led to the development and chairing of the 1st Anthology Community College Focus Group (CCFG) and partnering with several key, strategic initiatives taking place during this exciting time of growth at Anthology.

Provide vision and leadership for the Information Technology Services Department which supports 4 campuses: ASU-Beebe, ASU-Searcy, ASU-Heber Springs and ASU-LR Air Force Base.

Support UAPB's Office of Development with their SungardHE/Ellucian's Advance Web Access (AWA) software system. Create custom code (Oracle SQL Views, Tables, Procedures, Functions) and Crystal Reports to help with business operations.

Worked with a talented team of Software Developers and Solution Engineers to create custom IT solutions for campus faculty, staff and students. Also, worked with the Project Management team to ensure all requirements were documented adequately during the discovery phase of each project, that all requirements were met during product development and that all developed solutions and products were adequately tested.Facilitated team meetings, promoted collaboration/communication between ITS teams or other campus departments, created documentation using GoogleApps, configured and updated team's JiraStudio instance, updated project plans in TeamDynamix, and ensured code was saved and committed into our subversion repository (SVN).

Managed a hard-working team tasked with providing IT support for UALR's Office of Development and the University's Alumni Association staff. Maintained SungardHE/Ellucian's Advance Web Access (AWA) application for all users, created custom reports from AWA's Oracle Database using Crystal Reports, trained users on AWA, provided support to office staff for Microsoft Office tools and Google Apps, and was the Department's liaison to the University's central IT Services.

Developed and maintained custom applications and modification to the university's SIS/ERM system.
