I am the Representative Director and CEO of Innovacell K.K., a clinical stage regenerative medicine company that develops therapies for various forms of incontinence. I have over 14 years of experience in management consulting, M&A advisory, and regulatory engagement for the life sciences industry, with a focus on the Japanese regenerative medicine market. I provided the company's Austrian predecessor (Innovacell Biotechnologie AG) with many years of cell therapy regulatory consulting and advisory services before joining them as a major shareholder in 2019. I also helped establish the Japanese company in January 2021 and complete a triangular merger a month later to allow the company to relocate from Austria to Japan. This was done in preparation for a Tokyo Stock Exchange listing. I am currently a Board member of the firm and assist across all areas of the company including but not limited to clinical development, capital raising, business development and strategy development.
