My main role in Dana-Farber was to support the institutes hiring needs through applicant sourcing, screening, interviewing and the on boarding process. My main responsibilities included:-Sourced, screened and conducted initial candidate interviews.-Acted as a liaison and maintained relationships between the Recruitment and agencies and Dana-Farber. -Represented Dana-Farber at external career fairs. -Interviewed and selected interns for the summer intern program. -Maintained job posting activity. -Kept all employee records updated on internal HR systems. -Supported the On boarding process through dealing with all on boarding queries from internal and external applicants. -Completed other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

During my time in Bingham McCutchen LLP I supported the Director of Diversity and Inclusion on all firm wide Diversity efforts. My responsibilities included:-Compiled and Analyzed data to answer complex client requirements around diverse staffing.-Co-lead planning for large internal events, including all logistics and last minute trouble shooting.-Responsible for keeping track of multiple competing projects on tight deadlines. -Facilitated and attended external diversity client events.-Completed adhoc reports and analyses for clients and management on strict deadlines. -Completed monthly budget reconciliation.

In 2011, EBS and AIB were merged due to Irish Government legislation. In order to ensure a smooth transition a number of change Agents were appointed,I was chosen to represent my area and this function was additional to my role as HR Coordinator. Duties included: - Supported 1800 staff through change process, supports included, seminars, online support documents, meetings, emails and telephone support - Conducted all system testing for new system, which ensured business as usual during critical system changes and amalgination of EBS and AIB systems - Coordinated the merger of the two systems (SAP and Strandum to Cornerstone), this included regular scheduled meetings with Cornerstone (based in America) and getting input from all parties working together in order to get the best outcome on a limited time frame- Designed and Implemented new policies which resulted in high employee satisfaction levels -Simplified and redesigned EBS policies by using problem solving abilities in order to benefit both EBS and AIB - Developed and facilitated relationships with key stakeholders to ensure all parties were notificed and prepared for all pending changes

During my time in EBS my main role was HR Coordinator, this role had a focus on meeting time lines, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, confidentiality, compliance and the higest level of professionalism to be maintained throughout.
