As a Coordinator and Principal Trainer, Chirag has been involved in numerous digital health implementation projects and worked closely with informatics and change practices to innovate novel ways of using, teaching and designing technology within clinical and healthcare environments to improve patient safety and patient outcomes. The work with his DHT&A team at Monash was given a Monash Health award, and his work supporting the Victorian DHHS on the Coronavirus Vaccine Management System saw his change strategy for training, communications and support implemented succesfully across the entire Victorian state. He has presented on his success across Digital Health at numerous conferences, and often provides advice to others on the topic.Clinical Pharmacy:After commencing as an intern and clinical pharmacist at Western Health, his passion for clinical health, medication management and medication safety led him to Eastern Health in a variety of clinical roles. As the Surgical Pharmacy Lead, and Senior Eastern Health Surgical and Anaesthetic Pharmacist, Chirag clinically supported patients, supported early-career pharmacists education programs and helped implement operational change projects to improve patient outcomes.
