I have learnt quickly and eagerly how to raise and revise product orders with attention to detail; and comfortably reached deadlines for both casual pants and jersey bottoms, fleece order raising periods.

Starting as a sales professional in women's fashion and accessories, I enhanced the retail experience by guiding customers on sizing and fashion choices, managing payment processing, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring store cleanliness. Transitioning into a customer service role during the pandemic, I proficiently utilized programs such as iSAMS, Salesforce, and SIMS for precise data entry and to enhance the shopping journey.

Here I identified key trends (including colour, fabric and print) and translated them into commercial ideas. I assisted in the running of operations by supporting business plans in ensuring that the timeline runs smoothly. I also oversaw social media and did pattern making work.
