Mosaico is a Chilean company with 30 years of experience in the household appliances industry. The product development team is responsible for the design and engineering of high quality kitchen & bathroom products for brands such as Stretto & Aggio. • Designed 100+ new products to match identified commercial opportunities, by: > Creating digital design drawings using solidworks software > Engineering & defining technical specifications > Setting-up a 3-D printing lab for rapid prototyping • Validated products by performing target group tests and competition analysis in order to define price & positioning strategy • Led the end-to-end product development in China, reducing development times by 20% and doubling profit margins. Accomplished this by: > Quoting, negotiating & order placing for up to 10.000 units with 15 suppliers in China > Travelling to China seven times in 2 years, for each one month > Leading team of 4 China-based engineers responsible for local development > Ensuring product quality through lab testing • Collaborated with corporate sales & marketing to ensure successful go-to-market launch of my product portfolio in countries such as Peru, Columbia and Chile, yielding total of 5.7 M EUR revenue

Hatch is a consulting engineering and project implementation company providing their services to mining, energy and infrastructure industries.• Worked as engineer on 8 client projects across industries with responsibility along following activities: > Delivered engineering drawings, specifications, 3D CAD & plant designs > Created 3D design and made calculations for major capital investment projects• Negotiated a novel material change in pipes for a 50% sea water concentrator plant, increasing lifespan of service pipes threefold• Co-founded Engineering and Sustainable Design Group as an intrapreneurial project, making HATCH the first consulting company in Chile with LEED certified engineers (Leadership in Engineering and Environmental Design), resulting in a differentiated market positioning and generating new client contracts• Achieved second place in a global inter-company innovation contest as leader of a Chilean-Australian team, proposing a concept study for ship-to-shore cranes using a partner Williams Formula 1 technology• Coordinated a 3D model plant design of a 300 MEUR copper and molybdenum concentrator plant with a team of 4 people
