I'm motivated by two things: I want to build something cool and learn something new. In a persistent, nay: relentless, pursuit of these motivations, I've amassed a career sprinkled with experiments, products, accolades, bridges, collaborators, and friends like a confectionary with a busted powdered sugar sifter and a plate full of pancakes. I prioritize quality of life for everyone involved with my endeavours: from users to engineers to instructional-designers-crafting-those-HR-mandated-videos-about-inner-office-memo-printing-etiquette. I ask my team "What do you want to learn?" and align those answers with the customer experience driving "How can we empower you?" And all of this wrapped up into an internationally raised, Chicago-based, dry-wit-loving senior product leader who'd make a terrible Happy Meal toy but great anime anti-hero.
