Marketing for Education Business Partnership charity Inspire! EBP, I also deliver the iDiscover programme, which promotes Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths careers to children, whilst challenging stereotypes and raising aspirations at several primary schools in Hackney, Islington, Camden and beyond.

I plan and deliver the iDiscover Programme to a number of schools within certain London boroughs; organising resources, lesson plans and trips. I recruit volunteers from STEM industries and academia to help support the events in and outside of the schools during the week-long programmes and build long-lasting relationships with a wide variety of STEM professionals from a range of sectors. I coach them and together we plan and shape fun engaging sessions and content with which to inform and inspire the children in regards to future vocational avenues. The main aims of iDiscover are to promote STEM careers to children, improve gender and ethnic diversity in the field and raise aspirations of children and young people within Hackney, Islington and Camden mainly. I also mentor some young people and support wider charity operations via my creative, marketing and communications skills.

I planned and facilitated inclusive Art projects and workshops accessible to young people with high needs from a range of diverse backgrounds. I sourced materials, managed budgets, completed risk assessments and booked workshops with outside agencies. I also supported the work of other youth services like The National Citizenship Service, supporting inclusion on it for SEN and NEET young people, also for residential trips and outdoor activities.
