As a project coordinator as NYU Langone Medical Center my main responsibilities were to coordinate across the project work streams throughout the Medical Center IT Infrastructure. The main projects I worked on were the roll out of Cisco Jabber, Meeting 2.0, and upgrades to Webex to include TelePrecense options for all desktops and conference rooms throughout the NYU campus and hospitals. I was also heavily involved in the implementation of a remote privilege secure access tool called CyberArk. CyberArk is used to centralize the management and control of privileged-user access to NYULMC datacenter systems, including but not limited to all RDP and SSH sessions from the LAN and remote locations.• Assist in the coordination of multiple Infrastructure project work streams that span all medical center missions and Medical Center IT (MCIT) functional areas. • Support MCIT project intake process, communicating and collaborating with stakeholders • Interface with teams to ensure adherence of MCIT project management standards and processes. • Supported overall coordination of team and assigned projects, including status reports, updating schedules, and assisting with the management of project scope, stakeholders, financials, risks and issues. • Assist with senior management presentations and meeting preparations. • Participate and contribute to PMO process improvement initiatives.

-Assisting in the planning and decommissioning of applications that are no longer valued by business users (170 applications decommissioned in FY14).-Aiding with the development and testing of Informatica Information Life cycle Management tool for applications being decommissioned that require data retention. -Assessing and removing out of date application components in order to yield savings from removal of servers/software/vendor contracts.

-Aiding with migration from Lotus Notes to SharePoint 2010.-Assisting Business Owners to learn and navigate / view lists on SharePoint sites.- Analyze Lotus Notes applications to categorize for Lotus Notes to SharePoint Migration - Aided in the archival of data that was of legal hold and helped to identify the retention period of data.
