Corporate communication:- Support to create and write the Global Danone sustainability story with the Sustainability Communication Director.- Support the corporate communication teams on social innovation, environmental and sustainability topics. Danone Ecosystem Fund: contribute to create a more inclusive economyA 100 M€ endowment Fund created in 2009 to develop and strenghen the activity of the small partners that make up the Danone Ecosystem (job creation, capacity and capability building ...). The Fund addresses a challenge of general interest and transforms the long-term practices of the company and its partners.Communication & Partnerships:- Build and implement Danone Ecosystem Fund overall communication strategy - Develop internal and external awareness around the Fund's mission- Engage people both internally and externally around Danone Ecosystem Fund contribution & responsibility regarding global issues- Foster co-creation between sectors (NGO's, local subsidiaries, experts on social innovation ...) by sharing the Fund's unique approach to transform business practices- Promote social innovation by supporting Danone local subsidiaries in the building of their own sustainability strategy : methodology deployment to foster change and innovation taking into account a broader environmentKnowledge Management- Foster and support best practices exchange, knowledge management and sharing, skills development of current project teams to consolidate existing social innovation projects.- Social innovation & sustainability promotion within and outside Danone with various stakeholders, from employees to NGOs- Support Ecosystem team transversal work to Foster the social innovation mindset within Danone (intrapreneurship/entrepreneurship)Management 1 person
