Overseeing the update on production status,Costing.Communication with usa office and factory.Responsible for the costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the factories.Monitoring the pace of production to meet deadlines as well as ensuring production as per requirements of usa office.Responsible for the co-ordination with shipping department.

Communication with Buyer.Responsible for the costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable pricesDevelopment Monitoring.Development of samples as per buyers specifications.Embellishments Approvals, Accessories,fabrics,etc.Acquiring Approvals from at every stageTo follow-up product development making sure all elements are approved in due timeprepares order wise BOM (Bill of Materials) and gives opinion to prepare SPO (Supplier Purchase Order)Co- ordination.Co- Ordination with QC department for the sample evaluation and inspection of garments in inline/final inspection.Have ability to handle customers like Kidz concepts, Chillipop,(USA)
