Managed Domain Controller Refresh Project which included and was to deploy all new DCs for all domains within the enterprise. Decommissioned all legacy DCs & migrated dependent applications, systems and appliances and integrations. DNS was not integrated in AD and this included managing the InfoBlox DNS systems and DNS that was primary DNS system for the network. Responsibilities held were to work with technical departments and applications or systems owners with a dependency directly on any Active Director Domain Controller to a high-availability LDAP/GC/Kerberos Load Balancer endpoints. Magnitude of DCs to be decommissioned and replaced w/new DCs. This project required coordination with multiple departments engineering teems, and managers to migrate all DNS services to InfoBlox and update all DHCP scopes globally. Focus on PowerShell code development for automation and management of domain controller compute systems with Pester & PSake for deployment of Active Directory domain controllers.Development of process and procedures for building, configuring, promoting and installing all required 3rd party software & security compliance settings.Design and deploy of tertiary services focusing on implementations and migrations of Active Directory and dependent services. Integrattions with LDAP & SSO via Okta, SAML, OAUTH & SailPoint with the latest available technologies and highest standards of work and security.Managed RMAD backup system and AD backups/restores of data and agent installation and configurations.Produced multitude of SOP documents for procedures governing the building, deployment, configuration, integration & promotion of DC systems for the enterprise.Wrote Knowledge-base articles documenting procedures required for supporting AD dependent systems & how to properly integrate applications with AD.
