I have extensive experience working both as an individual contributor and in leadership roles. My interests mainly revolve around Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps and automation.As an engineer, I possess vast experience of working with private and public clouds (as well as on-prem), databases, and various modern technologies like Kubernetes, Terraform, etc; designing, developing and managing distributed, highly available systems, and solving complex technical problems.My experience in leadership roles includes building and growing successful teams, long term strategy and project management, budgeting and capacity planning, vendor relationships, supporting internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SOC2 and HITRUST.Throughout my career, I've shown the ability not only to excel in technical roles but also to lead and cultivate high-performing teams. My leadership style emphasizes strong collaboration, empowerment and continuous improvement. I strongly believe in a culture of ownership in a blameless, positive, and friendly environment. On the "IC <> Manager" spectrum I gravitate more towards IC work. Regardless of the role, I prefer to remain technical, enjoy solving complex technical problems and staying abreast of the latest technologies.
