I'm a Salesforce Sr Technical Architect (9X Certifications), Salesforce MVP Hall Of Fame member, and Dreamforce speaker. I work hard to continue staying abreast with the many new features that are constantly being added to the Salesforce platform (e.g. OmniScripts and Cognitive AI). I'm forever learning as I continue to build on my Salesforce technical skills and watch industry trends. Governance is an essential component for companies that want to ensure their Salesforce Org will scale as they grow and add additional functionality. If done properly, it can help them reuse components across multiple applications and orgs.
