This TV and Broadcast client migrated from Oracle EBS Rel 12 to SCM/Procurement Rel 13 (20-B). Leading the project in Source to Procurement track. Mainly responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Payables, Procurement Contracts, Inventory and Accounts Payables modules. Designed their Org structures for the new acquisitions including setting up Legal Entities, BUs in shared services model, Inventory Orgs and Locations. Established approval hierarchies and defined complex Approval Rules using BPM for Requisitions, POs and Supplier approvals. Prepared proto- types/CRP environments to demo the standard functionality and captured additional requirements impacting the project scope and timelines.

This financial sector client migrated from PeopleSoft Financials and Procurement to Oracle Financials Cloud and Procurement Cloud (Rel 13, 20-A). Leading the project in Source to Procurement track. Laid out a strong footprint for Oracle Sourcing Cloud, Self-Service Requisition Cloud, Proc Contracts Cloud, and Purchasing Cloud with Supplier Qualification Management. Also, implemented Supplier Portal and trained internal and external users on different Procurement processes. Implemented Oracle Sourcing Cloud where RFI, RFQ and Auctions strategies were implemented in real time to leverage rich functionality available to Sourcing Buyers. Wrote complex Approval Rules using BPM for Requisitions, POs, Contracts, and Supplier approvals. Gathered requirements for Supplier Qualifications Management and on-boarding process and configured the system accordingly. Also, responsible for the analysis of the AS-IS state and design the Future state. Conducted deep dive Business Requirements gathering workshops, and prepared proto-types/CRP environments to demo the standard functionality. Explained end-to-end process flows outlining the proposed Road-Map.

This project mainly involved Oracle EBS R12 Inventory integration and roll-out of Collaborative Planning and iSupplier Portal, Procurement Contracts and Sourcing modules. Wrote detailed functional specs (design, mapping and exception handling) for Item inbound and supplier conversion programs. Implemented Oracle Collaborative Planning, iSupplier Portal and Sourcing Modules. Gathered complete business requirements and designed CRP to solidify the requirements. Wrote functional specs documents and setups documents for Oracle Inventory, Oracle Purchasing and iSupplier Portal. Roll out new functionality of viewing supplier payments and invoice creation from Oracle iSupplier Portal. Created Test case scenarios/scripts in the Testrail system and users’ stories in Jira.

Lead the project as a Techno-Functional Lead Consultant in Source to Procurement track mainly in Oracle Sourcing, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Qualifications Management, Spend Analytics, and Sourcing Cloud (R13-18C) offerings. This was a fresh Oracle Cloud implementation with Procurement integrations to support their main legacy system ‘CARDEX’. Responsible for Business Requirements gathering, Gap-Fit analysis, Process Flows mapping of Current and Future states, design/config, leading CRPs, testing and deployment. Wrote detailed Functional and Technical design documents for importing Sourcing docs (RFIs, RFQs/RFPs, Purchase Order custom screen (in PaaS), Conversion and Integration of Purchase Orders, Supplier Agreements/Blanket POs, Items, Suppliers, Procurement Contracts and Procurement Services. Also assisted the client with day to day fire-fighting tasks (with integrations, customizations, ad-hoc queries, etc.)

This Public-Sector client migrated from PSFT legacy system to Oracle Cloud platform (SaaS model). Led the project as a Lead Consultant and responsible for the analysis of the AS-IS state and design the Future state. Conducted several Familiarization workshops and gave in-depth audio-video presentations. Held deep dive requirement gathering sessions with each County department users (as many as 8 separate departments). Explained end-to-end process flows outlining the proposed Road-Map. Demonstrated key applications features as part of the standard Procurement functionality of the 6 key areas of Procurement Cloud i.e. Self Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing Cloud, Sourcing Cloud, Supplier Portal, Procurement Contracts and Supplier Qualification Management.

As a Lead Functional Consultant implemented Oracle OSN, Sourcing, iSupplier Portal and PO integrations for GE strategic suppliers. Drove the entire project successfully in conjunction with the client offshore team. Provided production support in Level3 support role of P2P modules.
