SAP Business ByDesign ITSAM LCM Infrastructure teamThis project is for development of the infrastructure functionalities like Service Delivery, System News, System Downtime Management, Live Link, etc. These functionalities are widely consumed by other Life Cycle Management projects as well as non-ITSAM projects. Take the Scrum Master role in this 8 member team, support the team towards self-organization. Responsibility includes:• Ensure a successful scrum process in the project• Organize and moderate sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective meetings• Ensure team capacities, capabilities, and skills are available to the project• Ensure Product Owner, stakeholders and the team share the same understanding of the backlog regarding content, completeness, correctness and priorities• Impediment handling• Ensure team is not influenced by others for sprint work

SAP Business ByDesign ITSAM Process Integration Virtual Team Work as a member of a virtual team whose members are located in different countries. Process Integration (PI) is used for communication between SAP systems; it’s a replacement of SAP XI in the ByDesign product. Responsible for implementation of the PI auto-configuration & end-to-end testing/trouble shooting programs. SAP knowledge involved: SAP XI / SAP PI, etc.

SAP Business ByDesign ITSAM Development Support TeamLead a team with 5 members. Team responsibility is to process the incoming customer support requests and develop internal tool programs. This requires considerable knowledge about frequently used SAP technologies and understanding of different projects in ITSAM. Daily activities are root cause analysis, documentation, bug fixing, functionality downport, tool design & implementation. My responsibility also covers interviewing, coaching, and knowledge building. ABAP knowledge involved: ABAP Web Dynpro, etc.

SAP Business ByDesign ITSAM Health Check ProjectThe implementation was divided into 2 major areas: infrastructure and content. Infrastructure part provides the main and shared functionality and the content part facilitates the infrastructure and runs on it. My responsibility was design and coding of the infrastructure part. ABAP knowledge involved: Reports / ABAP OO / ALV controls / RFC / background jobs / ABAP unit tests / DDIC, etc.
