I have always had an interest in the inner workings of devices, systems, and the process that interconnects them. I take pride in my work and find enjoyment from those that share that sentiment.I currently provide IT support for Silver Cloud Hotels, a locally owned regional hotel brand in Washington and Oregon states. I perform system design, implementation, and maintenance with the purpose of high availablity for business operations and guest services. I work directly with staff, system vendors, and guests. As such, my role is not limited solely to network administration. Previously I worked at Ocean Beauty Seafoods, a nation wide processor and distributor of seafood. I supported corporate operations, distribution centers, and processing plants. My work included system design, team coordination, and travel to remote locations. Prior to this I worked for Onsite Techincal Services, a locally owned value added reseller of IT systems and services. I provided support services for a large variety of businesses.
