Information System Analyst I*Provides technical support to PhilSys operations at the field; *Provides Data Collectors with user account and login credentials to the Step 2 and Step 3 Registration system;*Provides Registration Kit Operators and Registration Center Supervisors with user account and login credentials to the Registration Client System; *Ensures all incoming technical issues/concerns are addressed or escalated, when needed; *Monitors and operates the PhilSys System; *Reports and documents all incoming or reported technical issues and concerns; *Coordinates with the service provider regarding hardware problems;*Prepares incident reports for technical issues encountered during the registration; *Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Provincial Focal PersonAccounting Assistant*Responsible in Updating/Monitoring the Employer's Main SSF Database and contacting/visiting employers to follow up/notity them regarding of their SSF update compliance; *Gathering contact information of employers; *Verification of M lD and Name of employees; *Assisting/Substitute at the frontline registration and loyalty card application verification, *Evaluation of potential STL borrower employees, creating signage, tarpaulins, guides and other visuals needed for various events and activities of the companies; *Setting up the needed equipment for various company events (projector, LAN, laptop,desktop, audio, video cameras, etc.), assisting on computer troubleshooting (setting up/troubleshooting of basic network, setting up folder permissions, installing and setting up printers, monitor display troubleshooting, etc.)
