I was responsible for providing accurate and timely company records by managing the accounting function. Duties also included owning the financial close process and producing financial statements and reports to guide decision-making. Besides, I was also responsible for providing training and overall upbringing of Accounting executives and Managing company's Finance efficiently.

I had to oversees all activities of the accounting departments and involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives. I was also responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the business’s accounting and reporting functions and reports directly to the Managing Director. I had to work with other departmental heads including Board members in deciding on company's strategy and overall business’s approaches for upcoming future.

Duties included Ensuring that the accounting department operates smoothly and handles communications between the different parts of the accounting department and other external parties including SME Clients. Also responsible for maintain records, prepare financial reports and paperwork, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with International Accounting Standards.

I was responsible for issuing Money receipts to customers, Maintain Cash & Bank, Bookkeeping, gentle reminder to customers for payment and prepare Monthly profit & loss account and Cash flow statement
