Recruited to rebuild the failing and dissolved digital team of this agency. The role is the combination of a CTO/CIO and digital strategist. Rebuilt the team to 12 fulltime employees and contractors that supports over 30% of the total agency revenue. Primary responsibilities include technology development and management, cloud infrastructure development and management, new business presentations, client communications, SOW creation and project scoping, user experience and technology trend research for all digital channels, driving our technology road map and timely delivery of all projects.Impact:• Significantly increased digital revenue to 30% of the total revenues by increasing sales from clients that were compelled by my team’s use of trending user experiences and improved metrics which was only possible utilizing our unique cloud CMS and internal big data capture• Successfully led the completion of the Wells Fargo’s Works website, a small business hub to compete with American Express Open. • Implemented infrastructure cost savings of $120,000 annually by moving all technology to Amazon’s EC2 platform and Google Apps• Rebuilt the digital team, which now has the claim of highest resource efficiency and lowest attrition rate of the whole organization.• Primary software architect for agency’s unique cloud based content management system and led team to its deliveryValued deliverables: Proprietary content management/inventory system, UX wireframes and designs, websites, lead generation landing pages, iOS and Android applications, Bit.ly like URL shortener and metrics, custom metrics reports using Google Analytics Engaged client brands: Pillsbury, Betty Crocker, Lucky Charms, Ole El Paso, Nature Valley, Chick-Fil-A, Lowes, Sears, Wells Fargo, US Bank, JP Morgan
