The current regulations do not account for the specifications and applications of novel materials therefore there is a need to upgrade and adapt the current regulations to test and validate novel product claims. ISO standards were scrutinized to develop a novel antimicrobial efficacy testing to be implemented in the testing of novel materials and coatings not covered by the current regulations.

I've been always passionate in sharing my knowledge with other and saw in teaching a great opportunity to apply this skill.
