-Full responsibility of the indirect purchasing (RFQ, PO, negotiate, monitoring, follow up with supplier subject to actual situation)- ensuring purchasing activities and delivery are undertaken in accordance with agreed schedule.-engage with relevant departments to ensure goods & services purchased are needs of company.-Co-ordinate with logistics & shipping department on shipping arrangement (import & export) to ensure prompt delivery.-monitor and ensure all goods & services meet specifications and in good quality.-handle quality issues with supplier.-sourcing material, negotiating the best/cost effective price, MOQ, payment term, etc..
