The PM is the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of a project (internally and externally). They assist in the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. They are responsible for developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of a project, as well as performing risk management to minimize project risks. In addition, they assign development resources and facilitate communication between parties for their projects, as well as ensure each project remains in line with the agreed upon scope of work. They ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, with the goal of keeping clients, management, and developers happy.

I was responsible for managing a game team and producing a game project from conception to deliverable product.
