The PM is the main point of contact throughout the lifecycle of a project (internally and externally). They assist in the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. They are responsible for developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of a project, as well as performing.

I was responsible for managing a game team and producing a game project from conception to deliverable product. This is a contract position.- Worked directly with sponsor to collect requirements - Created a backlog of tasks using Trello- Managed weekly scrums and re-structured team to an agile workflow- Documented requirements and progress throughout.
