Data entry into company systems; producing and distributing correspondence including emails and forms; preparing regular reports; creating new accounts and file folders; maintaining a working knowledge of clients, customers, and department personnel to provide accurate and timely administrative assistance; customer service.

Spent the summer serving at Dunes with a focus on managing the camp store. Bought, handled, labeled, and inventoried various merchandise. Working in the store required frequent restocking, price analysis, and data handling. An additional aspect revolved around the coffee bar as a cashier and barista; customer service and shift leading included. Other responsibilities included updating visuals/store processes and cataloging merchandise.

Created and implemented a swim lesson curriculum. Served as an active lead lifeguard in a busy atmosphere. Regularly communicated to patrons of all ages to enforce pool rules and to update schedules. Spent approximately 25 hours weekly monitoring the pool, being rescue-ready, and assisting with lifejackets as needed. Worked part-time with Aquatics Director checking pool chemistry and janitorial duties. Performed 4 active rescues over the course of two summers. Taught a beginner's swim class for ages 3-7 and assisted in the intermediate class for ages 7-13.

Worked under management to provide regular, all-daily pool access to patrons. Actively lifeguarded both the lap pool and the recreational pool alongside other employees. Regularly communicated to patrons of all ages to enforce pool rules. Attended monthly training provided by employers to refresh and renew swim and knowledge skills.

Engaged once a week with 12-25 children per session in fun exercise activities. Planned multiple activities per session, working with the available resources and the present students. Played the games alongside the children, giving them my undivided attention. Encouraged the children to build basic skills and communicated with their parents to provide a safe, welcoming environment.
