Reported to the Legal Director. In Brazil, responsible for the strategy of urban and environmental licensing for the company’s telecommunications towers, including institutional engagement with licensing authorities, as well as addressing labor, contractual, and procedural matters. In LATAM, responsible for legal support to IHS operations in Colombia and Peru, including corporate, real estate, contractual, labor, and M&A issues. Managed a team of 3 lawyers and 1 licensing manager.Contributed to the approval of 800 towers construction without environmental risks and reduced the total number of legacy sites considered “not licensable” or without licenses by 10%. In Colombia, implemented SAGRILAFT system, hired new law firms and a local senior lawyer, reducing outsourced legal costs by 30%, while finalizing several contracts and addendums for the construction of 30 new sites. In Peru, I took part in the sale of the operation, acting as the interface between company and the law firm contracted for the evaluation of related contractual, competition, tax, corporate and labor issues.

Responsible for the strategic management and legal advisory of national and international contracts related to procurement, real estate, infrastructure sharing, acquisition of products and services, treasury fundraising, as well as related-party transactions, leading a team of 3 in-house lawyers, 2 internal analysts, and 4 external lawyers (Dannemann). Negotiated directly with the legal team of the RIO 2016 COMMITTEE the EMBRATEL & CLARO’s sponsorship agreement for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, as well as the telecommunications service agreement for both RIO 2016 COMMITTEE and OBS (Olympic Broadcast Service), with the objective of strengthening the "CLARO" brand. Contributed to the execution of the construction, operation, and maintenance contract for the AMX-1 submarine cable, aiming to modernize the strategic infrastructure of the AMX group in the Americas; led and executed contract negotiations for the construction and lease of more than 70 clean energy generation plants - photovoltaic, wind, and biogas - for CLARO, aimed at reducing energy OPEX through distributed generation. This opportunity required in-depth study and understanding of energy sector regulations (free and captive market).

Reported to the Legal Manager. Responsible for legal advisory to procurement and commercial (sales and partnerships) departments, reviewing service contracts and amendments, sponsorships, partnerships, and RFPs. Provided consultative support to product departments in launching campaigns and new portfolio products, drafting new contracts and legal opinions. Managed the EMBRATEL trademark and patent portfolio. Negotiated a software licensing agreement with AMDOCS to unify the company's billing systems. Negotiated and finalized an exclusive 5-year contract with the SAINT GOBAIN group in Brazil, among others. Drafted, validated, and organized related-party agreements, submitting them for the appropriate statutory approvals.

Reported to the Corporate Marketing Manager. Supported the sales force in analyzing RFPs and structuring special projects (outside the portfolio), as well as product managers in reviewing the corporate service portfolio agreements.

Reported to the Customer Service Manager. Managed the process of receiving, handling, and closing customer complaints against EMBRATEL at PROCON, including the creation of task forces. Managed 10 Service Analysts.

Reported to the Legal Services Supervisor. Received and handled consumer complaints against EMBRATEL at PROCON, following the area’s procedures and rules. Awarded "Top 10 Analyst.
