I deliver visionary leadership while managing/growing an athletics department consisting of 24 intercollegiate sports. Serving as a liaison to campus leadership, I assess and evaluate programs, efficiency, and effectiveness. In addition, I recruit and hire coaches/staff members and lead talent management, onboarding, policies/procedures, organizational development, performance management, training, and culture development.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:► Earned the Assumption University Presidential Award for Excellence in Service.► Revamped the entire hiring process, developing a search committee and strategy to identify top talent, reducing turnover to zero.► Established consistency in the performance appraisal process, replacing an outdated approach. Senior Associate Athletic Director | Associate Director Of Athletics – Senior Woman AdministratorAssumption College Jun 2014 - Jul 2019Worcester, MaI joined as the highest-ranked female in the department, leading a team of 5 and managing a comprehensive NCAA compliance program for the college's 24 sports programs. I was accountable for student-athlete services, including welfare and academic success, while overseeing the Assumption Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and serving as the sport supervisor for multiple sports programs. I was later promoted to lead a team of 8 coaches/staff members with oversight of academics, strategic planning, and compliance efforts.KEY CONTRIBUTIONS:► Created and executed 50+ procedures, where none previously existed, to ensure and monitor adherence to NCAA policies. ► Instrumental in implementing a sports administrator program for each team. ► Reversed the underperformance of coaches by facilitating numerous meetings and providing helpful feedback to ultimately help them reach their goals.► Orchestrated the digital transformation of the athletics department to ensure every student-athlete was eligible for competition. I administered the Facebook and Twitter pages to provide rules education to student-athletes, coaches, boosters, and fans.
