In April of 2018 I started helping the owners with planning the table layout, computer systems, bar ordering system, and hiring process. Over the course of the year I have maintained a par for the bar and front of house supplies, scheduling and overseeing opening/closing duties for the front of house staff, maintained great guest relations, and built a solid team with everyone currently employed there. Doing this while serving and bartending since the opening in June of 2018. We were recently awarded 2019 Iowa Main Street Associations Business of the Year.
