- Manage the month-end close process and financial reporting for ten entities in three countries. Routine closing procedures include: -- Reconciliation of accounts receivable from multiple sub-ledger systems-- Intercompany eliminations for consolidation of financial statements- Oversee the tie-out of the balance sheet account reconciliations each month, ensuring that timely and accurate reconciliations are received from other members of the accounting team.- Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable and accountant positions.- Preparation and support of departmental and consolidated expense analysis reports that are provided to management each month.- Successfully developed new close processes in coordination with multiple departments in order to properly account for new product lines.- Continuous evaluation of current practices to discover more efficient and effective processes.- Liaison with auditors for year end audit requests- Systems Experience – Dynamics GP, FRx, Management Reporter, Zuora, Advanced MD and Quickbooks
