I was project lead for a wide variety of projects in support of Sales, Revenue, and Business Analytics, including revenue forecasting, churn-prediction, opportunity scoring, Total Addressable Market predictions, and NLP support to taxonomy and product metadata creation. For the last 2 years, I've worked in a special role to support my team's transition from a one-off analysis shop, to a productionalized data-science-solutions provider for the business. I helped pioneer our use of AWS and Docker to run daily inference and monthly model training in an automated and robust manner. I built and maintained example repositories, documentation and automation tools for project creation using tools like cookiecutter templates and Dockerfiles. I refactored my teams' one-off analysis projects into robust, optimized, and well documented production projects, which resulted in several dead solutions turning into daily decision drivers for the business. Along the way, I helped the team transition projects through three different data sources, and pioneered the use of AWS SageMaker tools to run Big Data problems that had previously been out-of-reach due to hardware limitation.

I am the Data Science Analyst using big data from Adobe's Creative Cloud to identify and deliver press-worthy cultural and industry insights. I do data science everyday and apply techniques from Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning to perform regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction and computer vision analysis.I am a full-stack Data Scientist and work in Python through the full data-science lifecycle: from data exploration and project selection to Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) operations to model selection, implementation and evaluation, and finally, to high-level storytelling. I accomplish this using tools like Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, NLTK, Tensorflow, TFLearn, Keras, OpenCV, Bokeh, and Plotly.

Implement and supervise the command, personnel and information security programs for 141st Military Intelligence Battalion. Monitor and manage security clearances for 300+ soldiers. Analyze and assess trends in Information security and intelligence and present conclusions and findings to executive level decision makers.Wrote custom python scripts and SQL databases to automate numerous administrative processes, reducing weekly administration tasks from 15+ hours to less than 1 hour.

Ensure that each database in a Microsoft SQL Server instance meets quality standards utilizing SQL for data-sets as large as 40 million records.Proactively took initiative to rewrite and optimize our entire inventory of stored procedures and functions, which improved the performance of every stored procedure by as little as 149% to as much as 16,000%. Without management guidance, identified 6 time-consuming processes which would benefit from automation and wrote custom Python scripts to automate these processes. One particular automation script reduced a 1 hour process (per project) to less than 5 minutes.Wrote custom Python scripts to crawl and scrape data from websites for use in other projects, and to parse and normalize scraped data to meet project standards. Utilized data visualization tools such as iPython, Excel programming, and geo-spatial analysis to analyze and clean data-sets for delivery to internal customers.

Principal staff officer for all matters concerning human resources, which include personnel readiness, personnel services and headquarters management. Manage 2 full-time HR personnel as well as 8 part-time HR soldiers.Conducted extensive analysis of human resources requirements, unit readiness and organization metrics.
