I have extensive experience of delivering careers and employability provision within an educational setting. I have had over 10 years’ experience in the further education sector which has encompassed considerable project management experience. I have specialisms in T-level delivery and planning, CDF projects, ESF funded projects and have recently started to manage a project through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.I have an excellent working knowledge of both further and higher education quality processes and structures. I have taken part in Ofsted inspections, QAA reviews, partnership monitoring reviews and provide regular updates to external stakeholders on the employability services. I have brokered relationships with employers to enable them to actively contribute to our curriculum and wider parts of the organisation.I also manage the TEC Partnership’s community and flexible learning provision which consists of 3 learning centres and a large Distance Learning provision.
