In my most recent role, I direct all activities related to finance department and create new budgeting process and long-range financial forecasts. I also analyze internal controls, implement numerous changes, and update post-retirement valuation by liaising with consultant. My key role is to redesign full financial accounting area, prepare new financial reports, and carry out Cost of Service Study and Rate Redesign.Key contributions:• Streamlined budgeting procedures with high transparency and implemented (CFC's) 10-Year financial forecast model.• Renegotiated banking arrangements and supported electronic deposits, which resulted in greater efficiency and significantly higher interest income on available funds.• Improved staff functional efficiency by delivering effective training for ongoing performance excellence.• Reorganized functions, such as miscellaneous billings by coordinating with skilled staff that optimized process efficiency.

During this time, I played a key role in streamlining finance functions, financial reporting systems, and management/Board reports to increase transparency. I maintained cash balance, managed wiring funds, and supported internal controls by standardizing procedures. Using my analytical skills, I reviewed potential long-term impact of business decisions related to future debt, equity, and operating cost levels by delivering 10-year forecasting tool.
