Key Responsibilities• The people’s champion: The voice of the customer within scrum, promoting the “what” and the “why”. Facilitate collaboration to create a shared vision for the product across the business.• Requirement refiner: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to refine and size user stories. Offer early business assessment for initiatives with CRM impacts.• Helping with the “how”: Assist developers with UX design solutions, with strong focus on user-centric service design. MVP? Try MLP: “minimum lovable product”. • Just a little off the top: Groom the product backlog of user stories, defects, and technical debt based on INVEST and ROI.• Just the FAQs, ma’am: Represent the business within scrum, ensuring the team have the information they need to make amazing things happen. SME for CRM across the wider business and EPMO community.• Are we ‘done’ yet? : Work with UAT to ensure products and features are delivered fit for purpose.• Ch-ch-ch-changes: Work closely with Change Management to ensure all business readiness activities are completed for upcoming system and process improvements.• Interpreter: Can Speak fluent business stakeholder AND developer, and can translate for both parties.General Skills• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Thorough working knowledge of agile methodologies (and waterfall, if anyone still cares)• Solutions oriented, with focus on user-centric service design• Creative problem solver, lateral thinker• Strong analytical skills, paying close attention to detail• Effective planning and organisational skills• Copes well under pressure & with uncertainty• Flexible & adaptable in the face of changing priorities or circumstances• Results driven
