I was responsible for internal and external communications for Eniro's Swedish operations and I was also a member of the company's management group. My areas of responsibility also included coordinating general communication projects in the group's subsidiary companies in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Poland.

I was one of three partners of Comma. In my role as a consultant, I worked with strategic advice and media relations in association with various launches. I also organised media and message training courses for executives and specialists and had various interim assignments as Communications and Press Manager.

I was responsible for market communications, market analysis, packaging of offers and brand positioning. Seven employees reported directly to me and I was a member of the management team for the Swedish operation.

I was a member of the management team with overall responsibility for market communications, mass media relations, public affairs, financial information and internal information. My co-workers were responsible for driving different communication projects and the information channels, such as internal TV, website, intranet and digital newsletters.

I primarily worked with company financial information where I produced the annual report and interim reports with the Finance Director. My area of responsibility also included an internal management magazine and developing new digital information channels.

I worked in the central information department on various communication projects, such as producing the annual report and contributed articles to the internal magazine.

I worked with external communications in the areas of mass media, company profiling, annual reports and the company’s share floatation project at that time. My mass media work included both national press and provincial press. One important part of this work was organising mass media training for regional managers, to boost local presence.

My role mainly involved internal communications and I was responsible for the SJ internal newsletter that was published monthly and had a two person editorial desk. In addition, I was a member of the press office. I was also part of the group involved in developing a new profile for SJ.

My first job in communications very largely involved helping the communications director, within the business area Ericsson Information Systems, with various communication matters. I was involved in producing the internal newsletter and both edited and wrote articles.

On a round the world trip, I took the opportunity to write travel reports from various parts of the world. Although I did not earn a great deal of money, I gained a wealth of experiences.
