Negotiate and manage firm’s commercial real estate transactions, construction loans, purchase agreements, leases, LOI’s, RFP’s, land/asset acquisition and disposition.Work directly with various government officials on commercial project initiation, zoning changes, leading to project approval.Consult and manage outside client’s commercial real estate needs including development, acquisition, disposition, Broker’s opinion of value, market comparables, IRR requirements.Execute new multi-family apartment construction strategy by sourcing and negotiating terms with General Contractors.Work directly with general contractors to analyze sub-contractor performance, ensuring construction timelines are met to meet leasing deliverable projections and promised outside investor rates of return.

Asset types include retail, restaurant, Class A office, and industrial. Represent commercial owners and local, regional, Fortune 500 tenants. Responsible for brokerage services, lease portfolio operations, lease management, lease administration, and lease renewals for 450+ individual tenant leases. Develop and negotiate complicated commercial leases, build-to-suit leases, and sales.Brokered new deals and managed firm's transaction coordination, listing administration, marketing coordination, content creation, and media relations.

Multi-Million Dollar producer each year. Represented builders, buyers and sellers focusing on the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown neighborhoods among others. Named "Office Ambassador" through BHHS Chicago Cares Foundation. Participated in builds for Habitat for Humanity, Sunshine Kids Foundation, and coordinated our office participation with the Greater Chicago Food Depository.

Managed a sales territory of Arizona, New Mexico, and El Paso, TX managing 15 distributor and multiple direct accounts growing PPG's commercial coatings business. Promoted to manage multi-state territory after first six months of a twelve month training program. As corporate trainee at PPG Automotive Refinish HQ in Cleveland/Strongsville, OH, I completed PPG corporate sales training courses and 10 PPG extensive multi-day coatings product training courses at various PPG Automotive Refinish training centers across the United States, by the industry's leading instructors.

Learned the construction process from the ground up while managing on-site contractors and consulting with home buyers prior to, during and after the home building process.
