I provide comprehensive review and validation of all configuration records associated with the shipboard equipment being assessed to include gathering data by conducting validation of shipboard equipment and systems ensuring accurate configuration information and the correct identification of logistics support elements. Responsible for building the necessary files for up-line reporting for all configuration additions, deletions, and changes to ensure data base integrity for assigned systems/equipment/platforms. This is to facilitate requisitions, expediting and receipt of material as necessary to restore equipment to full mission capability.

This requires communicating with the AITs, in service Engineering Agents (ISEAs), Planning Yard Technical Codes, Allowance Parts Lists (APL) and configuration worthy equipment is extracted and research conducted utilizing naval and commercial databases such as Haystack, Technical Document Management Information System (TDMIS), Fleet Modernization Program Management Information System (FMPMIS) to determine parts, technical manuals, Allowance Parts List (APL), Planned Maintenance System (PMS), Test Equipment (TE), training and other Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) product data and as appropriate loaded those records as type 2s, type 3s and type 4s.

In support of the Naval Systems Engineering Drawings Repository(NSEDR) project working as the Help Desk Manager I took trouble tickets from incoming emails and disseminated to appropriate personnel for action. Directly responsible for the bringing USS Enterprise from a below standards evaluation to receiving an overall grade of 97.2 on its COMNAVAIRLANT Maintenance Support Center inspection
