Thanks to his unwavering determination, perseverance, and a genuine passion for excellence, he has consistently earned commendations from guests, whether through verbal praise, letters, or on social media and online booking platforms. Due to his dedication and hard work, he was promoted from a Reservations Supervisor to a Duty Manager within his former company.
