Clyde is the founder of EnergyByte Solutions. He has over 37 years of experience serving the upstream oil and gas industry as a leader in Accounting and Information Technology. Clyde had held staff and management positions in industry and consulting. Since 1999, he has played a key role in the design, development, implementation and support of SAP Production and Revenue Accounting (SAP PRA). His experience includes litigation support, joint venture audit, acquisitions and divestitures, due diligence, gas marketing systems evaluation, refined products marketing systems evaluation and implementation project turnaround.In his role as project director, he was responsible for application license and consulting services agreement contract negotiations, project team development and project planning and strategy.

Functional lead in the SAP/PWC co-development of SAP PRA in Dallas from December 1998 through February 2002 primarily focused on the Revenue Accounting System.Designed the SAP PRA Contracts and Pricing system.Configured and designed solutions for prospective SAP customers leading to the initial implementation of SAP PRA.Lead role in the first go live of SAP PRA at Marathon Oil.

As Revenue Accounting Manager, Clyde had a broad scope of responsibilites in managing a staff of over 40 accountants and accounting clerks, in addition to leading the initiative to replace Apache's accounting systems which were highly customized and fragmented. At the time of his tenor at Apache, the company was transitioning from a small oil and gas operator to a mid major oil and gas company following a $2.5 billion property acquisition. He played a key role in the overall project management and contract negotiations to implement SAP and Premas Plus.

Clyde used his vast oil and gas industry experience in a multitude of projects with KPMG consulting and audit including Artesia Data Systems implementation, natural gas marketing and refined products marketing system evaluation, revenue accounting system project quality assurance, Oil and Gas litigation support and Oil and Gas Joint Venture audits.
