The Bookkeeper position (for the Disney on Ice Presents : Road Trip Adventures) included the job functions:- Setting up weekly office locations for my team - Organizing and sending off necessary paperwork and files to corporate- Partnering with weekly bank locations and my Treasury department to set up our nightly cash drop procedures and get change for my sales team- Heading the assignment and care of credit card terminals for my sales team- Facilitating the weekly inventories of the sales team and Issue Clerks' stock - Verifying nightly cash and credit settlements of the sales team- Tracking and generating reports for merchandise deliveries as well as dry cleaning, ice deliveries, and other deliveries necessary to our tourI was laid off of this job due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The company closed down all tours.

I started as an Issue Clerk in March 2018 for the Disney on Ice : Frozen tour. Primarily responsibilities included : - Maintaining organized truck trailers with product- Handing out product to sales team- Conducting weekly inventories- Assisting sales on the concourse - Facilitating load-in and load-out procedures for every city we stopped inI was promoted to Head Issue clerk during my next tour, Disney on Ice : Dare to Dream which added more supervisory functions to the job. I became more in charge of the flow of stock from the trucks we worked out of to the sales team.

· Assist other stock associates and managers with processing inbound shipment· Place product from shipment on the sales floor or stockroom while maintaining organization and cleanliness policies of the company · Execute floor moves as directed by changing marketing strategies of the company or store inventory numbers (overnight or during work hours)

I started at American Eagle Outfitters as part of the overnight Floor-set crew. Eventually I was promoted to being a part of the primary shipment and stock team, then to Stock Lead, Merchandising Lead, and finally Manager-in Training.
